Why my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?

Usually an battery could supply 60%-70% power to other devices. Approximately 30-40% of the battery capacity is lost in circuit heat and voltage conversions. So a fully charged 20000mAh power bank can offer 12000-14000mAh to your devices.

How long does it take to 100% recharge?

It depends on the power of the wall charger used: 15W charger - 2.8 hrs, 27W fast charger - 2.0 hrs.

Note: Please recharge via the USB-C port.

Does it support pass-through charging?

Yes, our power bank supports pass-through charging. You can charge both the power bank and connected devices simultaneously.

Why does the power bank display 0 or other numbers instead of showing 100% battery level?

Seaistar power banks undergo charge and discharge cycle tests before they are shipped from the factory, so it is normal for the rechargeable battery to not display 100% charge.

Is the rechargeable battery compatible with my device?

The 20000mAh portable charger is compatible with a wide range of smart devices, such as cell phones, tablets, and Bluetooth headsets.etc
